A message from the principal elders of the Jamestown Ngleshie Alata Paramount Stool:

Their malicious envious and spurious claims cannot be met by their feelings, opinions, ideas, emotions and conjectures without proof. The fact still remains that Oblempong Dr. Wetse Kojo II is the legitimate paramount chief of Ngleshie Alata Jamestown whose succession to the paramount stool is matrilineal, and hails from the gates of both ruling houses from which alternatively the occupants of the paramount stool emanates, and gone through all the relevant customary processes for his enstoolment which brought him to full status as the legitimate paramount chief of Ngleshie Alata Jamestown. As a law abiding citizen whose creed is justice and fairness for all, he subjected himself to all the 31 vigorous legal challenges in the various courts of competent jurisdiction, such as the district court, circuit court, high court and the Regional House of Chiefs – Dodowa, and has won all of those plethora of cases without a single defeat. In other words all those unscrupulous persons without capacities in the Ngleshie Alata Jamestown stool affairs creating and making false impressions and false statements, cannot boast of one victory in all those plethora of cases they have originated and lost with abundant disgrace.

It is worthy to note, that after exhausting all manner of ingredients in chieftaincy disputes to cherish their personal animosities and without a single victory, they have resorted to paying mediocre and unprofessional bloggers, journalists, social media content creators, including certain newspapers especially the Meridian.

In fact and indeed, all of such persons, media houses, journalists, bloggers etc In Ghana and abroad, will be subjected to the full rigors of the law to justify their falsity and mischievous conduct in a court of competent jurisdiction without recourse to any notice.

It is worthy to note that he who calls for equity must come with clean hands and therefore it is their duty to showcase publicly as in posting evidence of a single victory they have had from February 2018 till date and on which foundation they stand to make those unwarranted noises and illegal and unfounded claims against the legitimate Paramount Chief of Jamestown Ngleshie Alata Oblempong Wetse Kojo II. Again, these self styled media houses, bloggers and journalists have been challenged by the principal elders and Kingmakers of Jamestown to produce their credentials and certificates that qualify them to speak on sensitive Chieftancy matters and to make such derogatory claims about important personalities aiming to raise the image and status of the Jamestown community. This serves as a final notice. Any attempt to put in the public domain false impressions and false communications will immediately be followed by a writ and potential prosecution, say the principal elders.
